A Clean, Bright Shop for a Busy Little Rescue

So we did this really neat workshop project out in Langley not too long ago for a small rescue ranch that rehabilitates older farm animals. They’d been wanting a proper shop for ages — something dry, organized, and big enough to handle feed storage, equipment maintenance, and all the day-to-day chores that keep the ranch running.

They originally came to us just for the design because they weren’t sure what size made sense or how the layout should flow. Once we helped them sort that out, they circled back a couple months later saying they couldn’t find anyone who really understood agricultural buildings. That’s when they asked if we’d be open to quoting the supply package and potentially the full build.
We ended up taking on the whole thing, and the shop came together super clean — bright interior, wide open span, good ventilation, just a really functional space. Timing worked out perfectly too. We wrapped it up right before their busy season so they could move everything in immediately.

They were great to work with the entire way through. Super involved, super positive. At the end, they even brought in a group of volunteers to help set everything up and organize the shop, which gave the whole project this really fun, community-driven feel. The crew enjoyed it, the ranch was thrilled, and honestly it was just one of those straightforward, feel-good builds that reminds you why these projects are worth doing.
If you’ve got a project — big, small, or somewhere in the middle — and you’re not sure where to start, reach out to us. Whether it’s a design-only package or a full build from concept to completion, we’re always happy to walk through your vision and help make it happen.
