You might’ve noticed we’ve been tackling a lot more roofing projects lately—and that’s no coincidence. We’re officially launching a full roofing division at Farrow Built.
We’re going all-in on roofing:
Asphalt shingles
Metal roofing (including cedar-to-metal conversions)
Cedar shingle maintenance
And—what we’re most excited about—flat roofs for both commercial and residential buildings

A Game-Changing Flat Roof Coating
If you’ve got a flat roof, we’re bringing in an incredible new product that lets us repair leaks or fully coat the roof without the mess, fumes, or disruption of traditional systems. It’s:
Completely green and non-toxic
Zero VOCs
Safe around tenants, HVAC systems, and sensitive environments
Durable, flexible, and bonds at a molecular level to stop water intrusion
(You could eat it… we don’t recommend it, but that’s how safe it is.)

Real Savings—Like $50,000+
One recent client was quoted a full roof replacement—over $60,000. After our inspection, we found the roof still had life left, aside from a few leaking areas. We repaired those spots, applied our coating system, and saved him more than $50k immediately.
He also signed onto our recurring flat-roof maintenance plan, where we:
Clean the roof
Flush drains
Inspect problem areas
Keep everything ready for spring and winter
And when the time does come to redo the roof, the new coating ties seamlessly into the repairs we’ve already done.
We Can Save You Tens—or Hundreds—of Thousands
Many companies jump straight to “you need a full replacement.” But with this coating system, we can fix leaks, extend your roof’s lifespan, protect your building, keep tenants happy, and do it all with minimal disruption and massive cost savings. One building we’re quoting could save millions with this approach.
If You’ve Got a Flat Roof, Let’s Take a Look
We offer three levels of our maintenance program:
Level 1: Visual inspection
Level 2: Cleaning + full drain flush
Level 3: Cleaning, flushing, and minor sealing/repairs
If you’re dealing with leaks—or just wondering what shape your roof is in—give us a call. Before you commit to a full replacement, let’s see if we can extend its life, protect your building, and save you serious money.
