When It Rains, It Pours… (how we are improving on our roofing inspections)

You ever have one of those days where everything seems fine… until the rain starts coming down?
The other week, we got a call from a local fella who had a couple of roof leaks. Nothing major — just enough to make you grab a bucket and mutter a few words you probably shouldn’t.
So we went out, did a full inspection, found the most likely culprits, and made the repairs. Everything looked good — solid job, buttoned up tight.
Then a couple of days later, after a real downpour, we get another call. “Hey guys, it’s still leaking — same spot!”
Unbelievable.

So, we rushed out Saturday morning. Wyatt, one of our guys, even rescheduled his plans (his girlfriend wasn’t too thrilled about that). He got up there, traced every seam, and sure enough, found another area we hadn’t worked on the first time. It was tucked away in one of those tricky spots where water sneaks in behind the scenes.
See, water’s funny. It’ll find the tiniest opening, and sometimes where it shows up inside
isn’t where it’s actually getting in from.

We gave the homeowner a few different repair options, with a range of prices depending on how permanent he wanted to go. He picked the best fit, and we’re heading back to make it right.
But here’s the real story: that little hiccup reminded us that there’s always room to improve.
So, we’ve updated our inspection checklist, more detailed photos, more checks on hidden areas, and more ways to make sure we catch things before they turn into bigger problems.

That’s what we’re all about here, constantly improving, constantly learning, and doing the kind of work that lasts through every storm.
If you’ve got a roof that’s been giving you grief — leaks, drips, or just doesn’t look quite right — we’ll come take a look.
Our roof inspection includes a full check of all problem areas and recommendations on the best, most cost-effective fix — whether it’s a small patch or a bigger repair.
We’re here to keep you covered.
