Why We Like Screw Piles (And Why You Might Too)

We like screw piles. A lot.
They make a great foundation because they’re structurally and geotechnically engineered. Each one is designed for the specific load it’s carrying—including the uplift. So when we build a shop or garage, we install a screw pile under every post. And each post is mounted to a bracket welded to the top of that pile. It’s a clean, solid system.

No big excavation. No concrete trucks. No tearing up your lawn. We’ve installed them in yards where you could barely tell we’d been there.
They’re a great option for decks too—especially if you want to keep your landscaping intact. As long as you’re not on bedrock or really chunky rock, screw piles are hard to beat.
Clean. Engineered. Reliable.
If you’re planning a build or even just a deck, and you don’t want a mess, screw piles are worth a look.
