Sales Representative
Location: British Columbia, Canada
Employment Type: Full-Time, In-Person
Compensation: $2,500/month guaranteed advance (first 60 days) + uncapped commission (5–7%)

Key Objectives

Make 65+ sales calls daily to inbound and cold leads

Close $100K–$500K+ custom building contracts

Attend daily training via CardoneU and live roleplays
-
Manage a consistent pipeline and follow-up strategy

Handle all client interactions with professionalism and energy

Represent Farrow Built at events and trade shows

Close your first deal within 60 days of hire

Maintain accurate CRM entries and communication logs

Execute contracts and coordinate with project management

Support continual improvement and training efforts

Assist in lead generation efforts when needed

Contribute to team culture and uphold company standards

Qualify prospects effectively and guide them through the sales process

Promote the brand via branded vehicle (qualifying bonus available)

Work 6 days per week during ramp-up period

Education & Experience

Minimum 1 year of commission-based sales experience

Physical Requirements

Frequent use of phone and computer for extended periods

In-person travel within British Columbia to meet clients

Occasional lifting or loading of light promotional or display materials

Must have a valid driver's license and access to a vehicle
