Farrow Built is hiring three high-performing Sales Representatives based in British Columbia. This is a fast-paced, commission-driven role that combines warm inbound leads with proactive cold outreach. You’ll use our proven system to close high-value deals—earning $2,000 to $20,000+ per contract. If you thrive on the phone, close with confidence, and want to build serious income—this is your shot.

Key Objectives

Close high-ticket construction deals using a proven sales system

Call inbound leads generated through marketing and events

Conduct outbound cold calls to create new opportunities

Provide accurate, compelling proposals to qualified prospects

Travel to sites for consultations, assessments, and events

Keep CRM up-to-date and manage a high-conversion sales pipeline

Align with daily KPIs and weekly coaching goals

Collaborate cross-functionally to ensure a great customer experience

Represent Farrow Built at industry functions and with integrity

Deliver results that match personal and company-wide growth targets

Education & Experience Requirements

2+ years of sales experience (inside/outside; construction or trades a plus)

Demonstrated success in cold calling and closing warm leads

Strong preference for candidates with connections or experience in:

Agriculture / agri-business

Equestrian / horse facilities

Commercial development / real estate

Familiarity with commission-based roles preferred

Valid driver’s license and ability to travel throughout BC
Physical Requirements

Must be comfortable working on the phone, in the field, and on job sites

Compensation

Draw against commission (minimum wage base)

Uncapped commission – $2K to $20K+ per deal
