• Legend showing exactly where each piece of material goes—metal lengths, wood lengths, the works

It’s all designed to make it as easy as possible for you to build it right the first time. We use this exact takeoff process in our own builds, and we’re typically within about 5% of actual material usage. There's even a bit of extra material factored in, just in case. You might still need to run to the store for a couple extra 2x4s if you make a mistake—but it’ll be close.
