We get this question all the time: "How long does it take to get a permit? How soon can we start building?"
Fair question. And here's the short answer: Four months from contract to construction.
But if you're the kind of person who wants to understand why, not just what—keep reading. The long answer will save you time, money, and frustration (and get you in before the snow flies).

Here's the Real Timeline:
You sign the contract and drop a 10% deposit. That starts the engine.
We send your plans off for engineering. That takes about 30 days.
Next, we apply for the building permit. That brings us to about 60 days.
Once approved, our “Start Within 6 Weeks” Guarantee kicks in.
That lands most clients around the 4-month mark—sometimes less, occasionally a little more if the permit office hiccups.
What If No Permit’s Needed? Then it’s even faster—we can often start within 6 weeks. But you won’t know if you qualify until we talk.
Next Step:
✅ Call us today
✅ Lock in your place on the schedule
✅ Get it done this year—not next year
We hate to say no to folks who wait too long. If your project needs to be done before winter, the window is closing—fast.
