Keeping You in the Loop: Our Communication Standards
At Farrow Built, we understand the excitement that comes with starting a new project, and we aim to make every step of the journey as smooth as possible for you. Our Value Delivery Manager plays a pivotal role in ensuring this, taking over the project's reins right from the moment the sale of the building is completed, till the project's end. This expert professional is your guide, offering you support, updates, and expert advice at every turn.
When you sign a contract with us, we initiate our 'Weekly Communication Standards.' Designed with the utmost attention to client satisfaction, this system ensures that you are updated on the project's progress, giving you information about key milestones and what to expect next. We commit to clear, consistent, and regular communication—ensuring that we touch base at least once every week, right from the moment the contract is signed.
One crucial stage in our project journey is the building permit application process. We believe in simplifying this process for you, handling the responsibility of gathering all the necessary documents required for your district and submitting them along with the building application.
As we proceed, we ensure that you are part of the decision-making process when it comes to material orders, quantities, and details like colors and finishes. We work closely with you to organize everything, and once decided, we set up a delivery schedule, keeping you in the loop about when materials will arrive at your project site.
As we transition into the project start, our Value Delivery Manager provides weekly reports, offering you a unique insight into your project's progression. You can expect not just words, but pictures and explanations of achieved milestones and what's coming up next.
At Farrow Built, communication isn't an afterthought—it's at the forefront of our service. Our unwavering commitment to consistent, tailored communication ensures that you're not just a spectator but an active participant in your project journey.
