We’re Not Your Average General Contractor

Ever feel like hiring a general contractor is just hiring a middleman? You think you're hiring a builder, but really you're hiring someone who's going to hire a bunch of other people—and hope they show up, do it right, and stay on schedule.

That’s why we don’t call ourselves a general contractor, even if we technically fall under that label. At Farrow Built, our in-house crews handle the majority of the work—from foundation to cladding to roofing, insulation, and interior finishing. Even when it’s a repair, maintenance job, or demolition, our crew is the one showing up, tearing it down, fixing it up, and installing what’s new.
Less moving parts means fewer delays, better quality control, and a team that actually knows your project inside and out. We're not brokering your build—we're building it. Start to finish, you're dealing with the same crew, the same company, and the same high standards all the way through.
We do bring in help for a few things—like concrete finishing, plumbing, electrical, screw piles, and overhead doors—but everything else is handled by our own team. So if you're looking for a smoother, more reliable build, we're the crew for the job.
