When someone knows exactly what building they want (and we make it easy)

Last week a guy walked into our office for his 3D design appointment. He’d picked up our Base Design Package at the IPE, and about a month later we’d already been out for the site visit (we threw in the site assessment for him). It was a simple project — a 20×30 pole barn. Easy.
Honestly, I had most of it designed before he even arrived. He sits down, we spin the model on the screen, click through a couple options, and here’s the fun part: our design tool shows live pricing the whole time. The first version landed right where he wanted to be. Right size, right look, right number. We checked a few other options just to make sure, but he knew what he wanted and what he wanted to spend. Fifteen minutes later, contracts were signed.

Then I emailed the package to our new engineering partner. His reply: “I’ll have this back to you in two days.” Two days! If you’ve ever waited three or four months for stamped drawings (been there), you know why I nearly fell off my chair. We’ve used this engineer on a few builds now, and he’s been absolutely top-notch. It’s sped up everything from design to permitting, and our whole process runs smoother because of it.
The best part of this job is when someone walks in knowing what they want, and we can make it happen quickly and easily. That’s exactly how we’ve built our design process — clear communication, live pricing, realistic timelines, and the right people behind the scenes to pull it all together.

Oh, and a quick teaser: early December we’re launching a new 3D designer on our website. You’ll be able to rough out your building design right from your couch, pick your layout, doors, and colors, and submit it for a quote instantly. It’s going to make the process even smoother.
